- All the personal data fulfilled in the form will be used by Administrator of the service for fulfilling the agreement, changes in agreement or termination of contract and to provide the highest quality of service.
- Client voluntary provides all the personal data that are necessary to registrate.
- Each client has an access to his personal data.
- Client is able to delete or change his personal data in the www.odolux.pl webpage by sending an email to administrator of the webpage
- In case of Client’s demand to delete data necessary to fulfill the contract, users’ account will be deleted and Administrator will send a confirmation via email.
- If Administrator has doubts concerning Client’s personal data, he gets the right to take these steps:
- Summon the Client to delete false data or update it
- Urgent blockade of service until the issue is clarified
- Administrator will make an every effort to provide the highest protection of the Clients data.
- It is forbidden to publish and use for marketing any personal data including photos of third parties. Administrator is not responsible for illegal actions made by Clients as long as he did not know about this violation.
