Water-jet cutouts
Water cutting is a cold cutting process that displaces traditional cutting methods such as gas, plasma and laser cutting. Waterjet machines can cut virtually any material, from very soft materials such as sponges and foams, through plastics, rubber, leather, to glass and stone.
The use of CNC technology allows for mass production of very precisely made details. The cutting gap has a very small width (less than 1 mm), which allows for cutting complex shapes.
The water cutting method is used in many industries. It enables cutting materials that are very difficult to process with other methods. The nesting technology ensures optimal use of the material.
